Delivering a "live-work" environment for Dentsu Aegis Network
Dentsu Aegis Network had outgrown their various downtown offices and was looking to consolidate their sixteen independent Advertising Agencies into one central 80,000 square foot location. Faced with a conservative budget, the project team was challenged to achieve creative cost-effective solutions and products. The project was focused on delivering a re-imagined workplace in a flexible, open, multi-functional and collaborative “live/work” environment for DAN’s multiple agencies coming together under one roof.
Sarina Zeppieri, Senior Project Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, remarked, "The Principals, Isabelle Talbot and Joe Trozzo are engaged from start to end, both equally talented with a unique approach and great understanding of the Client’s needs. The Ray team brought the client’s vision to life. Their process was transparent and collaborative inclusive of practices that provided a clear image and understanding of the design during all phases. Ray successfully managed change and their responsiveness and adaptability exceeded the team’s expectations. The Ray team brought unparalleled skills, creative focus and real synergy to the process, delivering a remarkable space. Highly Recommend RAY!”
Ray is proud to have worked on this fantastic space alongside an amazing group.
